non-standard wheels on Tuscan etc....

so, interested to know a couple of things for those who've changed:

- Has it made any material difference to fast road handling? (lowering unsprung weight etc)

- How do they look? (pictures please!)

I have 'Antera' 18" spiders. No problems with handling, but i also have Nitrons fitted.

I've got SP12's.
There was a huge improvement but I had shocks and geometry set up at the same time as the new wheels so cant say how much were the wheels.

I have Work CR Kai on my Tuscan and it's a big difference to the spider wheels.

No offence but I've yet to see a better looking wheel than Spiders on a Tuscan. Because of the very 'organic' shape of the Tuscan, you need an equally 'organically' shaped wheel. Sharp and angular wheel designs just look wrong to my eyes.

If only they made higher quality Spiders with the correct offsets etc. Why hasn't anyone done this yet?

+1 they were designed for the Tuscan nothing else looks quiet right IMO.

Very nice,I think they are a perfect wheel for the Sagaris.

Thanks for these guys, look good - keep em coming. Anyone had a look at compomotives? I too am a big fan of the spiders but just musing if there are lighter alternatives that look as good whilst improving handling.

Brem - can I ask what sort of handling improvement you found?

OK, I do understand the point about the Spiders but if you look at my before and after from original 16" spiders to 18" SP12's, I am sure (hope) you would agree its a big improvement. (And my Wife bought them me so dont upset her please).
