12 months ago you couldn’t buy a decent Tuscan S for less than 30,000 now there are lots on offer what’s going on?

I was toying with the idea of selling mine, so the market decided to drop. Sorry everybody it's my fault. If I promise to keep mine forever maybe prices will rise again.

I am au fait with the depreciation thing, it's just reading some of these post on here I was led to believe TVR’s were largely immune to drops like this.

Clearly not

oh god no, every TVR I've owned has lost loads in a short timescale.

I own what could be the very last Tuscan S Targa ever to be built and the offers I got to trade it in were shocking!

You mean on the TVR forum the TVR owners think they are highly valued cars?

Whatever next! smile

Would explain why so few TVR's are being traded at the mo, the cerbs on here have had an average in the 20's for the past month. In the two and a bits years I've been visiting this site I've never seen this before.

I suppose only the desperate are selling at the moment

The Tuscan (especially the MK1 S) is going to be a true classic and if everyone has any sense then they will hang on to them for as long as they can. IMHO later rather than sooner prices are going to go ballistic.

Now is a good time to buy!
