went to fill the oil up today, there is a sleave that the dip stick run up and down, this sleave is in another chamber. do you pour the oil down the thn shaft that the dip stick is in or the complete oil hole?

daft question maybe, but there seemed to be a hose coming from the oil inlet and i did not want to fill the wrong area

Makes no difference - it all ends up in the same place.

It is safe to slightly over fill above the marks as it doesn't cause smoking or other problems like in a wet sump engine. Noticed mine was about 2" above the top mark when it came back from it's 12k service.

Yep....... better to over fill slightly. And remember to check and fill when the engines hot and just been shut off, once you've added about half a liter, start the engine, let it run for about 30 seconds and then check it again.
