Brake Fluid Replacement

Having had fun taking the pedal box out and draining the brake+clutch fluid (fluid replacement also needed as part of the 6 year service), I now come to refill and bleed the brakes.

Have bought an Eezi-bleed so pushing fluid from reservoir out to nipples...simple. Have bled all round til nice clear bubble free fluid runs (and the clutch remote bleed too)

But..

No real brake pedal and dragging clutch.

Thought: the cylinders are tipped forward on the box so I'm guessing there's an air pocket trapped inside both cylinders.

Any comments guys ?

So I'm fairly happy that the clutch is OK now...adjusted height of pedal and re-bled with pedal box at angle...seems OK

But I'll be darned if I can get any brakes ! They pump up so there *must* be air trapped somewhere...but I've bled all 4 corners 4 times now and still the pedal goes to the floor! No leaks and nothing obviously wrong and brakes were fine before so dont think the cylinder is suspect.

Have you done both sides of front calipers? 2 bleeds on each
Eazi bleed not always enough on the back though
Try 2 person routine

Looks like that was it, 2nd (inboard) bleed point on front calipers...thanks again
