M.O.T.emissions failure on Tuscan S6

My X reg tuscan just failed lambda check with readings of 1.4 and 2.4. Any suggestions/comments welcome.

02 Sensors....... There is two, one on each manifold, just before the cats.

Assuming it isn't decatted of course ????
