Yesterday i desided to finally complete the last part of Trevs big service and overhaul and do the fuel filter, after alittle swearing and only 1 grazed knuckle, the job was done and checked for leaks, all good. While doing this i noticed the disc was alittle tight, so stripped off the caliper and found the inside pad locked tightly inplace so stripped, cleaned and rebuilt that and the other side too as it was the same.

For the first time since i have owned it, she reved all the way up till the red shift light was shining for all its worth.
Untill now its always hit a wall that felt like a rev limiter around 5.5k. Its had the coils, plugs and leads replaced but it appears it was a partially clogged filter. It looked nice and clean inside with no obvious crap or sludge but from the out side its been along time since it was replaced.
