Radio removal

I've got a mk1 Tuscan and its time to change the radio, how do I get the old one out and would you recommend a DAB.

keys off flee bay for a quid or 2 (or if you are near Dunstable any time soon you can use mine). DAB is hit and miss, usually miss. I would suggest IPOD head unit (Alpine units are OK) but with the lid off in the summer 'Speed six' is the only track you need

Thanks I'll contact you if I'm in the area. Know what you mean about the speed 6 sound I've had mine 6 years now and not sure if the radio has ever worked but it would be nice just to have one that worked.
