Gaz Gold too soft

Back end is far too soft, How do I stiffen it up. previous owner has installed Gaz Gold. I beleive its fairly simple?

Your find a "knob" at the bottom of each shock, turn them clockwise to stiffen. If your not sure what there set on, try back fully anti clockwise, then 14 clicks clockwise and see how it feels.

Perfect thanks - although 14 clicks is a littel severe. (it was set on 4)
