clutch pressure plate failure?

Does anybody know if the pressure plate can become weakened to the point of not working? The forks are still intact and look ok. Thanks in advance.

The fingers usually break off and/or the slave cylinder seals blow. Replace both with the upgraded versions from Raceproved.

Mine looked good when done slave but fingers broke of clutch soon after,tvr power for parts they were the cheapest,plus i have a mechanic cheap to tvrdave southend 07711919568 colin.
