Air conditioning fan ECU

Does anyone know where the ECU for air conditioning ventilation fan located?

Under the passenger side dash behind the carpet. It's a black finned alloy box with a big connector and a load of wires coming out of it.

That's what the Mk II Tuscan and T350 derived cars heater ECU looks like. The Mk I Tuscan is as I described earlier.
