Always worked fine but have for some reason stopped. No air at all, all other vents work fine hot and cold. No work has been done on the dash so a doubt the pipes have been pulled off. I presume they are powered from the same fan as the others?
Is this the one where you bash the dash with your hand and it starts working. Not got a Tuscan so not sure but it does work with a fault with a flap apparently.
They are fed via a small corrugated plastic pipe from one of the larger rubber hoses up behind the passenger side of the dash. If it's like mine it may have come off easily as not held on by much.
