I Thought About Selling

I considered selling the Tuscan recently, I took it out today and I've changed my mind.
Just had an engine rebuild, new clutch, new dif and engine mounts, full service including tappets and a set of Nitons fitted, the interior is looking crisp with not a wrinkle in the leather, It ran like a dream and turned every head including the lads in the M3 who gave up the chase. I had the car from new and know every nut and bolt on it, its better now than the day I bought the car, so she's staying.

if you're happy with it then keep it
the thing is that selling it will give you the opportunity owning something else
have owned a lot of superb cars and wouldnt ever have driven a tuscan if i would have kept all of them.
you learn to appreciate different building types and marks
have owned lambo, ferrari, maserati, corvette's, jag, several porsche's, alpine 310, esprit and driven a saker (but can't use it on the road)
it keeps you open minded
every car has it's own caracteristics
seen you would like to buy a sagaris
i would move on
it's going to be a classic

You've hopefully made a wise decision, I cannot see me in this current climate thinking about changing the car, What's out there to tempt you away? I am just about to be reunited with mine following a 3 month break, and with some work getting done to it.
It needs quite a bit, more but for the pleasure, it's worth every penny.

Michael a wise decision i think i am always perplexed that someone spends £7K on a rebuild then tries to sell it immediately (perhaps skint by then). Sounds like all the work has been done on your car enjoy it now you could change to a Saggy & have the problems all over again & you cannot take the roof out!
