oil pressure

What should the oil pressure be when the water temps are up at 90c or so and fans in/out?

Mine sits at 16psi. Is that good?

oil pressure is related to oiltemperature and even more to rpm

ok. ITs at idle, approx 900 rpm i think, and oil temp is upto temp as fans are in and out in traffic etc.

basically im wondering if 16psi is good?

ive not seen it below 16 yet.

On tickover my Mk1 sits about about 21 (80 degrees oil temp), drops to about 16 - 17 when the oil is up to 90 degrees. When driving it sits at about 48 - 50. Hope this helps.
