As the title says, going to look at 2 tuscans this weekend, has anyone got any tips or links to tips that I can read before I go.

Thanks, Mr C

See maintenance book, ask last garage who has made inspection about valve clearance adjustments and condition or ask Rob Ingelby if he can inspect car
together with you.
Talk to last owner, try to figure out if he has warmed up car properly
before giving it beans!

Do you have links to the ones you are going to look at?

Maybe someone on here knows the car or maybe even owns it and could give you some history on it!!

Sorry, maybe i didn´t know something you know
about Rob.

If someone has no knowledge about this cars with
all possible niggles some specialised person should assist.
Maybe you can name someone which can help
to make proper inspection.

I'm now a proud owner of a silver with red leather interior tuscan 4.0 on a W plate. Will collect the car next week and then I will give it a full clean and polish, then post some pics up for you!

I've been waiting for years to buy one and I have finally done it! No doubt i'll be back very soon with questions! smile Now I need to find some more owners in the London area, next stop the ace cafe next month! smile

A very very very happy Mr C

Congratulations - fantastic colour combo (same as my 350) & I'm sure you'll love it.

I don't mean to preach but please take it easy, especially until you get used to how the power is delivered as these cars can bite! Looking forward to the pics...

Thanks mate, picking the car up mid next week as it's having some things (switches) sorted out then i'm going to take it for a nice spin down to devon. I'm gonna take it easy and enjoy that awesome sound of the exhausts.
