As above am looking for a paint to respray the black plastic wheel covers in the engine bay. Any recommendations.

Sorry will rephrase that. I just want a black paint as the plastic is all scratched etc, but am not sure what sort of paint would do the job (ie wont get damaged by the heat under the bonnet)

i think you'll need something like they use on boats
it's soft and flexible
yachtpaint i recon

Surely a good VHT paint is perfectly useable. You can buy gloss black VHT from halfords.

VHT = Very High Temperature, incase you didnt know.
