Any one gone from a cerbera to tuscan or visa versa

I've had both, 2 Tuscans and a 4.5 Cerbera i prefer a Tuscan, engines are smoother and much nicer to live with day to day.Tuscans are also much roomier inside and not so claustraphobic,feel lighter aswell.
Cerberas are more stable though handling wise and at big speeds [150+]
Noise wise i prefer the Tuscan with the cans sleeved, its a nicersound, not as harsh.
I have no doubt many Cerbera owners will not agree but their you go, my 2p worth

I had a 2001 tuscan and now a 2003 cerb SP6.
The build quality of the cerb feels better and it does feel a slightly more planted car than the tuscan but of course that could be a set up issue.
The Tuscan sounded better but then again I had Carbon Cans fitted and it popped and banged big time. My current Cerb is completley standard so no exhaust modifications (yet) it's a bit quieter. Performance wise not much in it but I think the Cerb is easier to drive faster.
To be honest for me it's splitting hairs, I think the tuscan looks awsome and really does turn heads and getting the roof of is fantastic, I ended up with a Cerb because it had rear seats and I can take my 2 young boys with me it was as simple as that and so far more than happy with it.

Looks wise, Tuscan wins for me, and the roof comes off - big bonus. Forget about the extra seats in the Cerby - they are a bit of a white elephant for use by 'vertically challenged' only!

I've been lucky enough to own two 4.2 Cerbs and now have a Tuscan 2
For me the Tuscan is a better made car compared to the Cerb's I've owned. The last Cerb I had was one of the last made, very late 4.2 (with 4.5 bottom end).
For me it depends what you want the car for - if you want a TVR that will pull out your spleen and leave virtually everything else for dead then you need to have a Cerb, but bear in mind the 4.2's don't like to cruise, they always want to be driven hard.
The Tuscan is much more of a fast grand tourer, much better for long journeys and also the roof comes off, bring on the summer!!

They're great if you've got young children. My 10 and 4 year old have been on long trips without complaints. We use the Cerb most weekends as a family car in the summer.YKB said:
