normal or loud carbon cans

Anyone know how to tell the difference between a normal carbon can and a loud carbon can from the carbon can company? Want a set of loud ones and have found some but the seller doesn't know if they are standard or loud.

If the are fully sleeved (i.e. not perforated inside) then they are the loud ones

These are the standard cans - you can see the perforations inside. The loud ones won't have these and will be solid all the way through.

Or you can ask CCC or BlueFlame to do a set of cans with half and half... It means you can rumble around without making too much noise, but once you get your foot in it starts to shatter lefty Guardian reading eardrums. Result.

loud CCCs with standard cats was the best my car ever sounded. it was painfully loud without cats so I had them put back in.

How can you tell which ccc's you have? Mine are quite loudish! Do they look any different? I thought all ccc's were straight through anyway.

I didn't even know you could get CCCs with perforated tubes. I wasn't even offered the choice when I got mine. Not that I'm complaining though. I know you can get blueflame end cans with perf tubes but they are essentially the standard can.

Sounds just perfect to me!
For the rare occasions that people see a Sagaris, I doubt if they would be truly offended, and even if they are chances are they'd the type you wouldn't mind winding up.

Where did you get your system made and how does it differ from the standard setup in looks and noise.

Will get some pics when it safe to go out. Scole Engineering did the upgrade with some fairly fancy stainless (oval) pipes. Plus benefit was massively increased ground clearance.

Personally I find the decat and sleeved cans to be great for volume but a bit on the tinny side hence the desire to find a different system that will have the volume but with a deeper sound.A mate has a TVR Power sports exhaust on his T350 which is perfect IMHO and would like to replicate that if possible.
It is at least fun trying out various combinations in the meantime.

My Mk2 Tuscan was so quiet my wife complained.
I had the cans sleeved which provided some "improvement" but not much and so my wifes present to me was decat adapters.
Now VERY load but as mentioned, maybe a little tiny.
Would like to try the decats with non sleeved cans but unfortunately cant get the sleeves out now.
