After a few weeks of cold weather and being a bit of a wimp, I took took the Tuscan out for a drive yesterday!

I think I'd forgotten just what a great car it is - it's by far the best car I've ever driven, and I had a brilliant drive - I found a few bits of empty M25/M11 so was able to give it a good blast, and I also had some slow driving through London.

I'd forgotten just how smooth and turbine-like the engine it - a complete beauty, and it just sounds so amazing - i had a slow drive through the Blackwall Tunnel, and it sounded amazing (an old neighbour of mine described it as sounding like a Supermarine Spitfire, and i can see what he means!)

However, the saddest thing is that i think it may be time to sell the car - I've moved back to London recently and will never get a decent amount of use out of it. What's the market like for these cars now - is general consensus to wait for the sun to come out in Spring to sell it?

thanks,
Richard

+1

Took mine out yesterday for the first time this year - Yesterday was a good day!

I'd forgotten how ferocious the acceleration is. 60 - 100 in the blink of an eye. But boy do you need to concentrate when pushing on a bit. I was nearly caught out a couple of times and had to back off a little.

And it reminds me I must get the shocks replaced with Nitrons, without them it can be like riding a bucking bronco!

Here's hoping for some good weather this year!
