Just picked up my Tuscan S & was a stupid boy!!

Hi all

This is my first post so please be gentle!!! Slightly embarased by this I picked up my 2005 Tuscan S yesterday, took a trailer with me as a fair distance, loaded it up on the trailer with no issues, came to unload it in the dark at home, rolled it down the ramp very gently and there it was the cracking of fibreglass, yep less than 3 hours ownership and ive damaged it!! I seem to have damaged the lower front eyebrow splitters!! does anyone have any ideas where I can get a new pair?? Ive got a few bits to take it to the pantshop for so may as well get these done at the same time!! Are there good replica parts out there??

There was a recent thread where someone had bought carbon fibre splitters.

Bad luck but she will be as good as new before you can say "whys my wallet empty ?".

Try Andrew Windsor at Surface & Design (01253 595 800) in Blackpool (ex TVR lads)in Bristol Avenue. I got a spare set for a MK2 from them. Malcolm (Potato Muncher) probably has the paint formulation for a 2005 car so i would have thought he might be able to spray a match to your car without having the car (maybe ????). Suppose also depends how much fettling is required to make them fit...no two TVRs are ever the same
