Chameleon Blue - Respray Cost and Options
Discussion
Need some help. I’ve got a Chameleon Blue Tuscan (TVR075 code) and its getting to the point where the car could benefit from a respray – especially the nose. Options I see are:
1. Nose respray and touch up of other small areas on bodywork.
2. Full respray in current colour.
3. Full respray in another colour.
I think 1 or 3 are my only options, as read elsewhere a full respray in Chameleon Blue would be very expensive, and even a partial one could work out the same price as a full one in another colour.
Can anyone give me a rough figure for the costs of these 3 options, and recommendations where to get the job done?
Also, I’m limited on respray options in other colours by the Green/Purple interior. I can't think what else other colours it would look good with?
Cheers
Michael

With that interior combination, you shouldn't change the exterior. Of course, I am biased, as this is the same as my car 1. Nose respray and touch up of other small areas on bodywork.
2. Full respray in current colour.
3. Full respray in another colour.

(and it IS the best colour option out there !!!)I had a rear end respray before the engine went bust, and it cost me:
£800 for the paint (0.4 liter)
€710 for the rest...
So in total, let's say 1500 quid... I've known worse for other cars.
Thanks for the help.
I've decided to stick with the car as is. I can live with the chips (part of owning a TVR?!), and still love Chameleon Blue too much to change just yet.
Still cant make up my mind which flip-flop colour would make me want to move from TVR075 Chameleon Blue yet either!

Ha ha! Good spot. I think I'd rather pay for a new pot. That one looks a bit 'used'. LancsRocket said:

And like I said, you already have the best colour combo :-)
