Evening all, finally took the tuscan out for its first run yesterday, sunshine, roof off screen out. Just wondered if someone could tell me what the oil temp and water temp should be running at, also what should the oil presure be reading? its an 05 tuscan s
Ive got a speedo that seems to be jumping im hoping this is just a dirty connection on the sensor, is this easy to reach?
Have now realised that perhaps i should invest in ear plugs for a long journey!!
If anyone reading this is from the hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire area and fancies a meet up drop me a line.

Oil on the move probably around 60, rising to 70/80 in traffic at this time of year. In the summer months you should see around 70/80 on the move.Water should be late eighties/early nineties once warm. Just remember that TVR decided to place the temp sensors on the S6 pretty much in line with the cold air flow.

At the height of summer, when the fans are kicking in nicely your maximum should be about 90. IIRC the fans cut in one after the other.
Water temperature will (obviously be quicker to warm up) also max out at about 90.
For pressure, mine starts at about 65/70 idling at cold, then settles down to about 20-ish idling and is almost instant in climbing back up under throttle. I think that's the norm.
