Cutting out/flat battery

Car has been sitting a few weeks and fired up but was only brief and then cut out and wouldn't start again due to flat battery, I have a connector with wires on which plugs into the anderson connector, I also have an accumate, but I'm unsure how this actually works, will it charge the battery just by plugging into the cigarette lighter?, also it's not parked near a power point, could anyone post a pic of exactly what and where the anderson connector is if possible?, will it be ok connecting a booster pack via the anderson connector?.

After doing a search I'm not stting myself about anderson connector issues

If the battery is totally flat an Accumate will not charge it up as it is a battery conditioner not a charger. Best to to put the battery on a slow charge which can be done via the Anderson connector +ve towards the front of the car:-
