Hi Paul,
I had mines retro fitted, as I assumed it was standard when test driving the car, mind you, the garage fitted it for free as they also assumed it was standard and agreed in writing they would sort it prior to the purchase.
It's a Godsend at times and I wouldn't be without it.

It was a registered TVR dealer in Jersey at the time "St Helier Garages"
I use a local mobile air con company, and the guy has said the units used in the aircon system are standard parts that could be plumbed in from scratch, so should be possible to have done by non tvr air con engineer,good to have pictures of normal set up to help understand routing and mounting of rad at front. (Engineer in question based in central Scotland. Good luck.
Had a dry run tonight with the pipes etc.
Still have the problem with the broken alloy pipe but the question is can anyone post a picture of the drier in situ?
Ive rested it in the wing but can't make my mind up as to where it should be fixed as i don't have the alloy pipe that's not helping neither.
If anyone could have a look and describe how it's fixed i would be most gratefull.

Been busy today.
Fitted the compressor had a nightmare with the air box bracket only to find out that you don't use it and tap into the compressor
Fitted the evaporator and connected the wires hidden in the dash don't know if there the right way round or if it matters.
Not totally happy with the evaporator valve it's bent so the pipe can't sit flat dare'nt try and bend it
The condenser wasn't good enough for me so ordered a new one for monday hopefully just have to remove the grill and loosen radiator nuts and slip in front i will have to see.
RG reckon they have the ally pipe I'm missing so that should come monday too.
Maybe then i can see where the drier sits i reckon underneath the blackbox in the wing no idea what that is sorry.
One casuality took car for dry off after washing it code I 0 oil temp
looks like ive pulled the joint re routing oil pipe did'nt think you can see the wire tie wrapped onto pipe.
I'll jack up car in the morning and see if i can repair the 2 wires dangeling or it's drop oil and fit new switch.
I'll live with it

Dropped the oil this morning replaced the sensor and refiled using the old oil.

What was the problem with the sensor? Mine isn't working after removing the tank to swap the steering rack so may be the same issue.Repaired the old sensor.
Not enough room to try and repair in situ so swapped.
Re crimped wires back on and pushed them back into the plug should be ok for future use.
Maybe 1 of your wires has snapped i would replace sensor.

Removed CC for more access and sat drier upright in wing trying to figure out how to mark holes to drill in wheel arch no access in the inner wing for drill.
Half hour later used a 100mm long screw and long screwdriver and poked screw and driver through small hole in front wing and guided screw through one of the fixing holes in bracket and bingo burst through arch and now can see the hole under the arch repeated for other hole.
My biggest worry over tomorrow i can jack up car remove wheel and drill through pilot hole and fix bracket and condenser and drier if the parts come.
Removed service bonnet and front grill.

Douglas Valley Breakers most of the parts but i have replaced some with new parts as i was unhappy with the quality.
Still cheaper than buying all new parts.
