Engine Builders plate

I have a chrome plate on my engine with "Engine built by S Jackson" on it. Any one share this engine builder?

I was speaking to Jason Clegg at Chatsworth about engine builders. I mistakenly had been informed that the initials stamped on the water pump were the engine builders. Apparantly the initials were the people who fitted the "ancillaries", however, engine builders would at times be moved on to fitting "ancilliaries".
The plates were the actually engine builders, but only appear on some cars.
