I 've got a tiny bit of wind noise coming in by the driver's window and on closer inspection there is a metal tab in the A pillar that looks as if it should have a seal on it to block the gap.

Does anyone know what this part is called and where I can get one please?

I think you will find that metal tab should have the exposed part dipped in a rubbery solution. It is designed to apply gentle pressure to the window glass directing the glass onto the 'P seal'.

You will struggle to make the cabin air tight, put the window down some more and enjoy the induction roar!! driving

That's the part. Well mine is bare metal now so I need to do something about it. It's only a little gap so it whistles and can be annoying. Any suggestions?

As for the noise, the Tuscan is my day to day car so gets used always and more often with the roof off!

Some early Tuscans were just bare metal, later ones had heatshrink sleve on them lthough this a bit difficult to add due to access.

Nick,
Mine is identical to yours (with anthracite wheels)

Has anyone got any suggestions on how to plug the gap? It must only be 10mm tops but I can't see anywhere to add an extra bit of seal to. Ad more to the roof?
