Pod/Clock Battery?
Discussion
Anyone know what size/type the pod mounted clock battery is please? My clock doesn't move on if set correctly, and, gives some random time, 77hrs 19 mins IIRC, everytime the ignition goes off so think the battery may have died.
Oh it's a MkII with 'periscope' style pod if it makes any difference
Thanks in advance

Lol. Andy,
I have exactly the same. The battery was replaced by Dave Batty Jan/Feb, but it just wont 'hold' the time set and update.
I asked in the forum if it was an indication of the 'pod' dying - and someone replied that it was.
However, 3 or 4 months down the line the display is still fine.....except for the clock being totally random.

Thanks Shep, hopefully I'll have time (no pun intended) over the weekend to pop the pod off.Shep
Hi Nick,
Mine did it before when I was having problems with the display, so whilst the pod was out I re-seated the battery and all was good for a while, so fingers crossed. Think I got home at 86:19 last night, great excuse for being late, 'sorry love I lost all concept of time'
