Anyone know this Tuscan?

Well, as part of my car deliberation I am thinking of a TVR Tuscan (as well as a Porsche 996), so what do people think of the following car:

Now it has 2.5yrs TVR Power engine warranty remaining which is a good thing, but does anyone know this car and what are their thoughts on it?
