Cerbera to Tuscan

Sure this has been covered before but will ask anyway. I have had my mint and very reliable 4.2 Cerb now for 7yrs, and am thinking of a possible change. Has anyone on here done this particular move and what were the differences. I will ask the same on the Cerb forum, but for a balanced view i thought i would ask here as well.
