Clutch gone and can anyone help me identify this cable?
Discussion
Please help!
First post on here, after buying a Tuscan earlier this year and looking for some help.
My clutch pedal has gone completely today after getting more and more difficult to select a gear - fearing the worst. The car has done around 25K miles on current clutch since it was replaced in 2006. Anyone give options on where to go for clutch - I've read Racing Green or TVR Power might be my best options? I'm in Berkshire at present.
Anyway, can anyone help me identify this cable and where it should connect? It was lying behind the pedal box when I was scrambling down there checking the clutch fluid reservoir. The lead joins that large loom you can see in the background. Rather concerned to find this loose!

Thanks in advance.

This is definitely the ecu connector cable as suggested just tuck it away until needed for PC connection. As for the clutch, a low soggy pedal would probably be the slave cylinder leaking, check the master cylinder resevoir for low level & flui leaks under the box / bell housing area. Slave cylinder replace is gearbox out so as well to get clutch checked / replaced. Talk to local TVR speacialists STR8SIX is another. Good luck

Thanks all for your replies to assist a nervous newbie, much appreciated.
Cable is now tucked away again - wasnt expecting the ECU/PC cable to have that kind of connector, very TreVoR.
Clutch pedal is all floppy - can be lifted with a finger to any position, nothing there at all. Can engage any gear without touching the clutch, but again nothing there. Didnt see any fluid leaks though. Wonder if my RAC breakdown repair warranty would cover it?
Thanks again.
