after 6 years of Lotus esprit and TVR Tuscan i'm back in a porker now
6 years of seeing people sitting backwords, looking at what kind of car it is i'm driving, and people letting me pass in front
in my porker i'm back to stupid young people trying to draw a sprint, once next to me at the traffic light, and people yust cutting me off.

Yes but will you miss the bit where they pass you then pull in front then slow down so that you have to pass them just so that they can listen as you accelerate ? irked
Actually I dont mind it myself as its a good excuse to make some noise.

Hi Rens,

And I thought you had given up cars for fast boats!!
Pork is fine too ;-)! But they never have the same road presence as Tivs.

Just talking about 2 guys at where my mate works, one has a Cayman and the other with a Boxter, both less than 4 years old and both have had engine rebuilds due to a common part failure mechanism (oil seal ?).
Porsche UK did the repair/new engine under warranty....but does show they are not infallible.

Have fun!

don't ! you know where i'm coming from...unless it is a GT3 (and even then go for a 996MK1).

you're always welcome to go for a spin, she is still well taken care of (new leads, sparkplugs, wheels and lights)!
