Tuscan power steering fluid

Hi - according to the operator manual for the Tuscan, the car takes Mobil ATF 220 power steering fluid. Finding this ridiculously difficult to obtain. Can anyone suggest a suitable alternative as have been reading that it must be a compatible fluid or else problems.
