Hard top roof/windscreen rubber seal
Discussion
You can apply a heavy bead of silicone (?high modulus - the stuff that sets fairly hard rather than permanently gooey) to lip of hard top and leave it to dry forming your own gasket which then doesn't adhere to top of windscreen.
One of our hard tops has a piece of what appears to be door rubber trim stuck to the lip which when compressed keeps the water out.

Something which may do the job.
While i have the bodytub off the Geep chassis i have used some self adhesive flat neoprene strip on the top edge of the chassis. The purpose of this, in my case, was to stop any squeeks and rattles once reassembled. The strip is self adhesive on one side only. It is available in different widths and thicknesses. Where did i get it from? Most of the car trimmer stands at the kit shows sell it by the metre.
Oh, and because it is neoprene closed cell foam it doesn't take on water or perish easily.
Just a thought........
