Thought I'd start a new thread for this to keep things a bit more organised. I've decided that I want to go stainless with a new exhaust for my new Black Sam. I have a 12 ton pipebender at my disposal, so slight adustments to the pipework should not be a problem. My manifold is a 4 into 1. Can anyone recommend an exhaust sytem to suit a Sam, albeit with some improvisations? Thanks.

To be honest - with not much experience with Sammies, as then wheelbase is standard Escort, it follows that an Escort system should fit. Stainless systems can be had for them.
Classic Ford magazine is worth a punt for suppliers.
Another idea would be to ask an Escort specialist to roughly match an escort system with stainless, which you can tweak with your mates bending gear.
