Complete lack of hazard warning lights switch...
Discussion
there used to be hazard light kits available for cars without them, but these are no longer as all modern cars have warning lights, you might find someone on ebay who has one of these kits though.
you can if your awares of auto electrics make your own, the early 90's mini has a simple hazard system and can be easily adapted to the jago, if you have some knowledge of auto electrics that is, however you do not legally need hazards if your car is over a certain age, and i think yours will be, especially if its passed the mot recently.
if you need something to warn drivers of a hazard, and dont want to spend, then you could get a cigarette lighter plug in strobe, if you've a cig lighter that is.

i use all of those, the solar charger can even be used to recharge your mobile, if you'd want to that is.
cig lighters are not allowed on boats - fire risk, thats why i've a load of adaptors (from marine 12v to cig lighter) as i use the same stuff on the boat as well as camping.

*BUMP*
Dont know if your still after a hazard light as my own Jago had the same problem, no hazard light could be found anywhere.
I came across this and thought it may be very usefull, i will post up the result of getting this looked at by my local MOT station.
