So basically, anything other than a concours trailer queen will now simply be an "old car" and subject to whatever punitive legislation modern cars have to abide by.

Can you correct the title of this please to "FIVA makes a statement about classic cars"? Apart from your title and the the Headline of the article that says "Brussels demands..." there is no reference to the EU doing anything new. Is this a kickback to project Fear?
