Their vans are already badge engineered, and your right about closures, isn't that why they shut Coventry, its easier to shut a UK plant than a French one.

Shame if the majority of control goes to PSA as they'll ruin the good work done at GM the past 5 years or so. Through necessity, I drive a lot of rental cars and the recent offerings from GM are simply light years ahead of the crap that Peugeot are turning out.

The thing is, if we have mass over production (Do we?) then this is a means to an end possibly.

All 3 brands have their positive and negatives though.
