Lego Rage?!

Fiat sponsors kids' driving school at Legoland

My mate's lad went on this. He got his little certificate and was extremely chuffed with himself.

Of course, now its got FIAT branding it'll be more difficult.

As well as car control and hazard perception they'll have to learn how to keep sunglasses propped up on the top of their heads and the proper method of yelling at other drivers.

My oldest two kids went on this a few years back. When it got to the actual driving bit they went flat out, ignoring road signs and trying to slide round the corners.

They both still got their pass certificate though

Had a go on this at Legoland Denmark when I was a kid. Great fun, but me and the other british kid kept getting shouted at for driving on the left
Almost had a head on collision at nearly...what was it...5mph.

This was in the good old days of course, no ABS, DSP, TCS, KFC etc

As a bit of an aside, went to Legoland this weekend.

Found the £50 odd quid entrance fee abit steep (me, other half and 3 year old) especially as the majority of rides had a height limit and our little girl is just under the 1.0m minimum height so couldn't go on much (well nothing interesting anyway).

As sponsored by FIAT they will probably instruct kids to drive in pure mediterranian style. Speed, tailgate, no dir. lights, yell, rage, no way... etc.

Did this in Denmark on two separate holidays when I was little and it was really cool. I still have both the driving licences I got and the badges they handed out with them (Very sad I know). Top fun.

You have to admit lego is tough and reliable though ...


Great to see they ditched the Vauxhall badge for somthing a bit racier !!!!
