I submit that what you're seeing is the car's coolant ejecting subsequent to the front end shunt... it's exiting upwards due to centripetal reaction to the cars axis of rotation...
Yup, agreed, and grass from the agricultural nature of the "off"... That car's been over once already...

"centripetal reaction", must mean centrifugal as centripedal is a gravitational force accounted for in inertial navigation systems, unless this guy had his Nav/Sat switched on
when he really needed a tilt meter

That's not my understanding of centripetal force. Tucked away in my dim and distant Applied Maths but more here www.glenbrook.k12.il.us/gbssci/phys/mmedia/circmot/cf.html
Cambridge dictionary says:
centrifugal
adjective [not gradable]
(of a turning object) tending to move away from the point around which it is turning
centripetal
adjective [not gradable]
(of a turning object) tending to move towards the point around which it is turning
centripetal force/acceleration
centrifugal

centripetal
adjective [not gradable]

centripetal force/acceleration
Centripetal force is required to maitain an orbit, ie a force toward the centre of the arc to stop stuff flying off into the distance (sometimes attributed to centrifugal force but this is a misnomer it's just the absence of centripetal force)
But I think it's coolant, and I'm not convinced it's genuine

That would actually be quite a difficult pic to create in Photoshop or whatever. Not difficult to manipulate, but it would be hard to find all the elements you'd need (background, smoke/debris, car) with the right lighting and pewrspective. The little details, like the shadow showing in the dust, would almost certainly get overlooked unless the comping was done by a real pro. And even a pro would probably not do that in the interests of clarity.
Having said that the grass at the front does look a bit unnatural. Probably the effect of bright light and jpeg-ing.
It's not a great photo though. It's a lucky snap.
