Very different if it catapults you to 60mph in under 6 seconds when she is used to more like 15 to 20 seconds.

Pivot at the bottom rather than the top. Don't know why lots of german cars (and newer TVRs) seem to do it.

Don't the 996s pivot from the top like other cars? I though they stopped the floor mounted hinges at the 993 generation?
