Cheap petrol

Saw recently in EVO, a commont about a web site set up to gain cheaper fuel, want to sign up but cannot find the article or link...........anyone know what I am bleeting on about?

I used www,petrolprices.com on Sunday morning at 8am and found a gas station selling unleaded at 86.9 so i went one mile out of my way and when i got there it was 88.9.
The guy on the desk said it went up on Friday so it was 2 days out of date.
The motorway services were 90.9.
Having said that they are usually very good.
