It appears MG/Rover have hoped on the tax dodge van/car thingie, seeing as they haven't got a 4x4 pickup to turn into a King Cab they've gone out and paneled in the back windows of an MG ZR160 kept everything else as standard and put this snazzy coloured maxed up hot hatch into the van catagory (they've even left the back carpeted) and called it the MG Express ! An MG van FFS what are they doing? The marque really has lost all credibility now, but watch out in the outside lane for the plumbers all chopping their Astra Max's and giving those Mondeos a real run for their money...Oh yes and they're just over £8K! hmmmmmmmmm having said all that I might be tempted.

John Brittan racing used commercials based on MG Midgets as did Abingdon in the thirties so its a good old tradition revived.

Yep, I hillclimbed an A35 pickup with a conspicuious lack of ability or results!

Rare car these days.

Just the one, replaced it with an A30 saloon body shell which was lighter, more rust, fibreglass wings and doors and less stiffening. Rolled that to oblivium just outside Hastings when a rod went through the block and sump and coated the road with Duckhams.

Roll bars rule okay.
