I think the Invicta does better what Aston Martin should be doing in terms of appearances.

Well done lads. I saw the prototype at the Motor Show and was very impressed with it. Maybe TVR should take a leaf out of their book.

Cracking car. I hope they sell and sell.

Invicta Website said:
Invicta calculates that the S1 will return 25 mpg overall, giving a comfortable 500 mile range from the 21.9 gallon (100-litre) fuel tank.

Invicta Website also said:
the S1 features a filler on each rear wing so that the fuel tank can be replenished from either side.

They seem to have thought about absolutely EVERYTHING.

And they've even included the thoughts in the design of the car.

One nice touch is the inclusion of a 100-litre petrol tank

Profound applause well and truly deserving. Marvellous.

I'd like to add my similar thoughts re it's appearance in black - KILLER!

(Nice to see an MP piping up in such a magnificently, unapologetically pro-performance car way too. )

Does the production car still have the one-piece body of the show car? It's bad enough having a TVR where damage to one panel involves a lengthy wait whilst the factory decide whether to make one or not, but the thought of having to replace the entire body after a shunt is pretty scary.

Edit: Good on them though. Looks like a nice car.

Got to agree on this one. The silver car looks pretty good, but in black the Invicta looks MEAN

Have there been many orders?

Car looks great--wish Invicta much success and hope the take out of Noble's book and produce some of the car in South Africa to make it price competitive...
