Death of a Magazine Performance Tuner

Just heard that Performance Tuner Magazine is closing . Part of CH Publishing it was only selling 5,000 on its last issue . i think they are putting out one more next month.
Another nail in print media wonder how all the electronic magazines are doing like Driversrepublic and Roadmagazine in this hard economic time .
