Kiley Clinton - steering rack return - can't get in touch

I"ve been ringing Kiley Clinton to arrange to get my steering rack over to them for a refurb and haven't been able to get through it just says the 'mailbox is full' - appreciate they may have been closed during the lockdown but nothing on the site to say when they are going to re-open - does anyone have any information - are they closed for good?
