How to remove the wiper arms panel
Discussion
Sorry about the lack of response, Kostas
BUT
These panels are differently anchored depending on the Year of your Cerb.
(Which is why there is silence, I think)
Mine is a 2001 and I've never had it off (Oooh, Mtron) coz it's partly attached with rivets, which I've never been desperate enough to grind off.
Best o'

Take off the nuts from the wiper arm spindles, then remove the top panel that slides under the window seal. There's a screw or rivet at either end of this, under the seal. Then undo the 5 bolts that hold the wiper box to the body. They don't need to come all the way out - the wiper box has slotted holes and lifts upwards - so just slacken them off a good way. You also need to undo the strap that holds the wiper motor to the body. It need to be lifted up with the wiper box when removing.
