Found there was nothing coming from either sensor, so removed the NTKs and fitted new BritPart

Still 0v showing on the diagnostics with the engine up to temp

What am I doing wrong?

From experience I've found the Lambda connectors to be a bit tricky. The 'o'-ring can stop the connector from fully clicking home. A bit of grease on the 'o'-ring helps.

Also for testing - the red wire is 12v, white is earth and black is signal. There is only 12v on the red wire when the fuel pump is running.

How do the adaptives look? If the engine is constantly lean then the lamda's will be giving 0V and the adaptive values will be +ve high.

Paul - not sure of your exact circumstance, but I experienced this and went mad chasing down the root cause. Turned out, all I needed to do was get the engine running faster than idle and they burst into life.

The O rings on the new lambdas were too thick to allow them to click in place, so I replaced them with the O rings from the old sensors

I mainly let the engine get to temp on idle, but I did blip it a couiple of times, still nothing

I wouldn’t have any confidence in Britpart sensors working right, I would only fit genuine NTK ones and as pairs.

Sometimes genuine one pop for sale on eBay under the walker exhausts brand etc. other than that there’s a guy on Facebook who did a group buy and may have some left.

I have a breakout harness I can send across so you can test the wiring
