I've got the old Leven handbrake cover, it's nicer than that one. That one looks like one you can still get on Amazon or ebay. As said the gear surround isn't standard, the leather can often get damaged around there so it's not a bad way of covering that up.
RTRacing did the gearstick surround first, I don't know if other firms have since copied it. The surround is a flat circle shape, whilst the transmission tunnel is slightly shaped, so some of the surrounds I have seen, don't fit flush to the tunnel and stand a bit proud; not looking that great.
