Just replaced mine, old ones marked Ford M976201 & M976202. New from Racing Green M0032/M0312 you will need to drill the sides to fit the washer jets straight pipe sections.

Wouldn't think of replacing with the original kak-handed ones.
Buy from whoever runs Leven now.
