4.2 Diagnostic Software

Hi,

Does anybody know where I can get hold of a copy of the diagnostic software for the MBE 4.2 ECU (is it the standard Easymap software you can download free of the net) and where I may be able to purchase the serial cable which links the PC and ECU together.
