I was supposed to be picking up my new Cerbera from Fernhurst this weekend, but I have just heard from the Bank that they haven't processed the funds through my account yet...so no new Cerbie!

ANOTHER week to wait!

And the guys at work are REALLY bored of me talking about it already!

I got stuck in Wigan waiting for the funds for my Cerbera to move into the account of the new owner. Wouldn't have been so bad but I had some sort of stomach bug and couldn't stomach any pie

Hope it all gets sorted out soon and you're driving your Cerbera ASAP

Fortunately, my bank manager is a TVR fan! I've never seen a bankers draft appear so quickly after i told him what it was for!

The only condition was that i had to take the cerb to the bank to show him when i'd picked it up..

Being as impatient as I am, I turned up at an unseen car, having previously test driven the huge sum of 1 other, with a bankers draft and a bundle of cash in my pocket in case my negotiating skill went to ratshit

Nick, You never told me you had cash in your pocket

I would have put the price up

Seriously now, my friend sold sold his Boxter a couple of months ago only to find out it was a forged bankers draft.

But, you had such a nice friendly face and I am such a trusting soul I let you drive off in my pride and joy in exchange for a cheque.....

See you at the YELLOW meet

Well, after all that, I checked out my account this morning and the funds were there!

Shouldn't be critical because the Bank pulled through in the end, but they clearly don't know what's going on!!!

And so Fernies are one Cerby lighter today, and I have a beautiful gleeming black beasty parked outside.

Dave, as Austec have liberated a few more horses from when you owned him, Im sure you would like an hour in him at the Yellow Mellow Meet to compare post & pre-remap?

Pardon? What did you say? Oh, of course I'll look after your Sagaris while you are comparing (as long as you leave me the keys)

I bagsy 1st passanger ride, as you are, regrettably, not stupid enough to let me have a go

Hi jet fixer

Don't know, the carpets are black on mine and it's a 2000 reg. There WAS a private plate on it, but that went back ot the owner I was told.

Great colour choice though, isn't it!
